Nordic Walking
Nordic walking is a full-body exercise that involves walking with specially designed poles to work out your upper body and legs. It's a fun and social activity that can be done at many levels of intensity, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
We are pleased to offer Nordic Walking as part of the You'll Never Walk Alone Volunteers programme. Walkers meet at 10am every Tuesday. Unlike the rest of our programme, there is a different meeting point and route each week.

Newcomers are welcome following a free induction session, which can be arranged by speaking to the Nordic Walk Leaders. You can contact Sue on 07493 188707 or Kenn on 07747 429397.
